Today I realised that I had something I termed post-lecture amnesia.
Once more as like every other day I've planned elaborately how my day would go, what I would do, the goals I have to accomplish by the end of today etc etc. and once more just like every other day I exit the lecture theatre and suddenly feel it all melt away and evaporate like an ice cube in a volcano. By the time I reach the escalator down I would have completely forgotten everything and acquired a strong desire to go to the canteen and eat, even if it's 10am in the morning and I had eaten breakfast a short two hours ago.
I have actually much to do right now, but for some reason, I can't recall anything. It's quite scary really.

What do brain waves look like? Sinusoidal curves like other transverse waves? Or maybe like sound?
